Steel City Arsenal Black 19/23 V2 Magwell – Fits Compact OEM Gen 5 Factory Frames

Okay. I am now the proud owner of three SCA enhanced magwells. I was so impressed with the two I had originally purchased for my matching Glock 43Xs that I thought I’d add one more to my Glock 19 Gen 5. And, as I expected I am at least as pleased with the overall aesthetics and quality of product design; I may even be a tad more impressed with this magwell. While I did experience a little magazine “stickiness” with the 43X magwells, the same issue does not exist with those designed for the 19. When you depress your magazine catch, you’d better be ready for your mag to drop fully, as it should, every single time. Much like the first reviewer for this enhanced magwell, I also experienced a bit of pinky finger fall-off when operating my OEM Glock 19. Consequently, I eventually just stopped shooting with it at all; it basically became a pistol-shaped paperweight. With the addition of the enhanced magwell, and comfortable and controllable grip I now enjoy, I’m ready to finally break my 19 back out at the range after almost three years of ignoring it.
